Job description We are working with a partnering contractor that is looking to hire a H&S advisor. This role will be based out of the Head Office i working closely with site managers/supervisors providing support within the operations. Candidates must be NEBOSH qualified with all relevant required site certifications; you must have experience as a Health & Safety Advisor in the construction industry. Duties: Implementing the Health & Safety policies and ensure best practice codes are adhered to. Advising all personnel with the implementation of the Company Procedures. Advise on all current occupational H&S and environmental legislation. Monthly health & safety meetings and provide minutes in these meetings. Producing Monthly reports regarding company performance on Health & Safety Oversee Compliance, Investigation, and reporting of incidents/accidents. Guidance to site management and site personnel Complete Audits and Inspections of Health & Safety practices to be carried out across the business. Carry out regular reviews of the performance of personnel and contractors with regards to meeting the HS&E operating standards Completion of Construction Phase Plans. Play a supporting role to project tenders. Requirements: NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. Member of IOSH at graduate level. SMST/SSST. Valid CSCS Card. Full UK Driving License
