We’re working with a leading principal contractor delivering large-scale cladding remediation and regeneration projects across London and the South East. With projects often taking place in live environments with residents in situ, clear communication is critical. This role sits at the heart of site delivery — ensuring residents are informed, supported, and have a positive experience throughout the works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact between residents, site teams, subcontractors, and client representatives
  • Build strong relationships to ensure smooth project delivery in occupied properties
  • Manage and resolve resident queries and issues quickly and professionally
  • Coordinate access, surveys, and appointments with residents
  • Support site teams in maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Keep accurate records of all communications, issues, and resolutions
  • Assist with resident communications including letters, updates, and notices
  • Gather resident feedback and satisfaction surveys to support continuous improvement
  • Attend and contribute to site and project meetings as required

Site & Admin Duties

  • Maintain site records, documentation, and communication logs
  • Coordinate and track appointments, surveys, and access requirements
  • Support basic site administration including data entry and reporting
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding actions or resident issues
  • Ensure compliance with site procedures, H&S requirements, and security protocols

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in resident liaison / customer service within construction or social housing
  • Strong communication skills – confident dealing with residents face-to-face and in writing
  • Ability to manage expectations and handle challenging situations professionally
  • Well organised with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience working on cladding / refurbishment / regeneration projects is highly desirable
  • DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
