Data CENTRE EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL Senior Electrical Engineer Location: Blyth, United Kingdom Employment Type: Full-time Working Arrangement: On-site Sector: Data Centres / Major Construction Projects About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join the project team on a major data centre development in Blyth, UK. The Senior Electrical Engineer will work closely with electrical subcontractors and the wider project team, providing technical leadership and supporting the design, coordination and installation of electrical systems in line with project specifications, quality standards and programme requirements. This is a site-based role, reporting to the MEP Lead and working across a large-scale, technically complex data centre project. Key Responsibilities Manage, review and coordinate electrical drawings and technical documentation. Provide technical guidance and support to electrical subcontractors throughout the project. Coordinate and prioritise activities across the electrical engineering team. Monitor electrical installation works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and project requirements. Review subcontractor progress and ensure works remain aligned with the project programme. Identify technical issues and implement effective troubleshooting and corrective actions.
