- At least 2 years relevant experience (can include work placement + 1 year in industry for example)
- CAD proficiency (Solidworks essential, Fusion 360 beneficial)
- Relevant industry experience (work in industry, placement, or substantial project work)
- Ability to read/create engineering drawings and maintain bill of materials
- Demonstrated practical aptitude, such as hands-on skills within an engineering workshop (can be student projects / placement experience / personal hobbies)
