Electrical Package Manager – AI / Data Centre Campus Location: Narvik, Norway Project: Large-Scale AI / Data Centre Campus Sector: Construction – Data Centres / Mission-Critical Infrastructure Employment Type: Contract / Full-time Working Arrangement: Site-based About the Role We are seeking experienced Electrical Package Managers to join the delivery team on a major AI / data centre campus in Narvik, Norway, supporting construction across the North and South campuses. The successful candidates will take ownership of specific electrical packages from installation through testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, specification and quality standards. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience managing packages such as MV, LV, switchgear, UPS, transformers and busbar systems within large-scale data centre or mission-critical environments. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of assigned electrical packages from installation through to commissioning and handover. Manage day-to-day delivery of electrical works, coordinating subcontractors, engineers and installation teams. Ensure package works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and programme requirements. Coordinate package interfaces with other electrical disciplines, MEP systems and wider construction activities. Monitor subcontractor progress, productivity, quality and compliance. Review technical documentation, drawings, RFIs, method statements and inspection/test plans. Coordinate inspections, testing and quality assurance activities. Work closely with the commissioning team to ensure systems are prepared for testing and commissioning. Support functional testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing and final handover. Identify programme risks, technical issues and interface constraints and drive timely resolution. Attend coordination and progress meetings and provide regular package updates. Maintain accurate records of progress, inspections, testing and outstanding works. Ensure all activities comply with project HSE requirements and relevant electrical standards. Liaise with Project Managers, consultants, clients and subcontractors to ensure successful package delivery. Electrical Packages Experience managing one or more of the following would be highly relevant: * MV / Medium Voltage systems * LV / Low Voltage systems * MV/LV switchgear * UPS systems * Transformers * Busbar / busduct systems * Electrical distribution systems * Generators and critical power systems * Electrical containment and associated infrastructure Key Requirements * Proven experience as an Electrical Package Manager / Electrical Project Manager / Electrical Construction Manager. * Direct data centre or mission-critical experience is essential. * Demonstrable ownership of one or more major electrical packages. * Strong experience managing installation, testing, commissioning and handover. * Experience managing electrical subcontractors and installation teams. * Strong understanding of electrical construction methodologies and project delivery. * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications and technical documentation. * Strong programme, coordination and interface management skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. * Relevant electrical engineering, construction or technical qualification is desirable. Desirable Experience * Hyperscale or large-scale data centre projects. * AI / high-density data centre environments. * MV/LV distribution and critical power infrastructure. * Experience with major international MEP construction projects. * Experience with commissioning and integrated systems testing. * Previous experience working within fast-paced, complex mission-critical environments.
