My client in Totnes is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead commercial growth, manage key customer relationships, and drive new business development.

The role is central to the Company s sales strategy, working closely with the Managing Director and wider team to deliver revenue targets, strengthen customer partnerships, and support the Company s continued growth.

Person Specification Essential * Proven track record in a sales management or senior sales role, ideally in a technical, industrial or manufacturing environment. * Strong track record of new business development and account management. * Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills. * Commercially astute, with the ability to interpret pricing, margin and performance data. * Full, valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly. * Self-motivated, well organised, and able to manage a varied workload with minimal supervision.
