Senior Project Manager (London Area)

Due to project demand, the client is now seeking an additional High-level Senior Project Manager for an opportunity based in south west London for High-End Residential Renovations (£1.5M-£3M).

Senior Project Manager: £70,000-£100,000 package starting in July/August 2025.

Contractors on outside IR35 day rates can also be considered.

You will be managing 3 prime projects for full house refurbishments, ensuring project milestones were met within scope and budget. Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, reducing project costs.

You will have more than 10 years experience in construction and previous experience as a project manager. Be able to conduct client meetings, manage subcontractors, architects, interior designers etc.
