Senior Project Manager: £70,000-£100,000 package starting in July/August 2025. Contractors on outside IR35 day rates can also be considered.
You will be managing 3 prime projects for full house refurbishments, ensuring project milestones are met within scope and budget. Responsibilities include:
- Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, reducing project costs.
- Conducting client meetings.
- Managing subcontractors, architects, interior designers, etc.
You will have more than 10 years of experience in construction and previous experience as a project manager.
