Due to project demand, the client is now seeking an additional High-level Senior Project Manager for an opportunity based in south west London for High-End Residential Renovations (£1.5M-£3M).

Senior Project Manager: £70,000-£100,000 package starting in July/August 2025. Contractors on outside IR35 day rates can also be considered.

You will be managing 3 prime projects for full house refurbishments, ensuring project milestones are met within scope and budget. Responsibilities include:

  • Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, reducing project costs.
  • Conducting client meetings.
  • Managing subcontractors, architects, interior designers, etc.

You will have more than 10 years of experience in construction and previous experience as a project manager.
