About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated and commercially minded Sales Business Development Manager to join our growing team. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our presence across target sectors including environmental testing, water utilities, and industrial process management.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to generate leads and close deals
  • Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align commercial efforts
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to inform business strategy

Proven B2B sales experience in biotechnology, environmental services, or related sectors is required. Technical curiosity and the ability to understand complex scientific products are essential.

Pay range and compensation package: Competitive salary with performance-based bonus. Can be 4 or 5 days per week, with one in office day per week.
