About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated and commercially minded Sales & Business Development Manager to join our growing team. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our presence across target sectors including environmental testing, water utilities, and industrial process management.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to generate leads and close deals
  • Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align commercial efforts
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to inform business strategy
  • Proven B2B sales experience in biotechnology, environmental services, or related sectors
  • Technical curiosity and the ability to understand complex scientific products

Pay range and compensation package: Competitive salary with performance-based bonus. Can be 4 or 5 days per week, with one in office day per week.
