About the Role: We're looking for a motivated and commercially minded Sales & Business Development Manager to join our growing team. You'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our presence across target sectors including environmental testing, water utilities, and industrial process management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to generate leads and close deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners
- Present technical solutions and value propositions to clients at all organisational levels
- Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align commercial efforts
- Monitor market trends and competitors to inform business strategy
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events
