You’ll join a collaborative Corporate Health & Safety team with strong expertise and shared learning - where development, progression and professional support are genuinely prioritised.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide clear, practical H&S advice to managers and frontline teams.
- Support incident reporting and investigations, ensuring learning and improvement.
- Deliver and assist with training and awareness sessions across core safety topics.
- Carry out audits and monitoring of health & safety controls.
- Help maintain and improve the organisation’s Health & Safety Management System.
- Build strong working relationships that promote positive, safe behaviours.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a Health & Safety Advisor / Officer role ideally in a multi-site or housing environment.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (essential) and ideally Tech IOSH membership.
- Good understanding of core H&S legislation and practical application.
- Confident communicator - able to explain safety clearly and positively.
- A proactive, supportive approach and willingness to learn and progress.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

- Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 depending on experience.
- Pension: Excellent scheme with up to 12% matched contributions.
- Holidays: 28 days rising to 31 with service plus bank holidays.
- Hybrid & flexible working: 35-hour week, typically 1–2 days onsite, 3-4 days remote working.
