Sustainable Futures Group (SFG) is excited to be exclusively partnering with a well-established Retailer in the UK who are going through an exciting period of growth to recruit two Health and Safety Managers to join their wider safety team.

This isn’t just another Health and Safety role; it’s a chance to work hands-on across both stores and distribution centres, engage with senior leadership, and help shape strategic policies that make a real difference.

The role is based from their head office in Esher with regular travel (1–2 days a week) to sites within England, Wales, and Scotland, and with the flexibility to work from home.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Getting out to stores & distribution centres; no two weeks will be the same.
  2. Investigating incidents, conducting audits, and delivering training.
  3. Working on strategic projects to improve policies and compliance.
  4. Supporting teams with risk assessments and ensuring a strong safety culture.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. NEBOSH Diploma (or NEBOSH Certificate with extensive experience).
  2. Multi-site experience in Retail, Warehousing, or Distribution.
  3. The ability to influence and engage at all levels within the organisation.
  4. Someone who wants to be part of a fast-moving, supportive team.
