Looking for a Health and Safety role where you can make a visible impact across one of the UK’s largest Housing Associations? We’re supporting a leading Housing Association in their search for a Health and Safety Advisor. You will provide practical Health and Safety advice and support across a large, multi-site organisation, working with frontline teams, managers and key stakeholders to improve standards and promote a positive safety culture.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing practical Health and Safety advice across the organisation
- Delivering audits, inspections and compliance monitoring
- Supporting accident and incident reporting and investigations
- Developing and delivering Health and Safety training
- Supporting the ongoing improvement of the safety management system
- Leading and supporting Health and Safety projects
What We’re Looking For:
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
- TechIOSH or equivalent professional membership
- Health and Safety experience within a multi-site environment
- Housing or similarly Property Management sector experience advantageous
- Strong communication, auditing skills
