We are seeking a driven and commercially focused Exhibitor Stand Sales Executive to join the Sustainable Foods Conference team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling exhibition space and sponsorship opportunities to companies across the sustainable food ecosystem, including food producers, ingredient suppliers, retailers, technology providers, packaging companies, investors, and industry service providers.
This is a target-driven sales role requiring strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for connecting businesses with opportunities to showcase their products and services to a highly engaged industry audience.
Key Responsibilities- Sell exhibition stand space to new and existing exhibitors.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective exhibitors.
- Conduct outbound sales activity via phone, email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with exhibitors.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for exhibitors throughout the sales cycle.
- Work closely with event operations and marketing teams to ensure a positive exhibitor experience.
- Research emerging companies and industry trends within sustainable food, agriculture, food technology, packaging, supply chain, and ESG sectors.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads.
- Maintain a database of prospects and key industry contacts.
- Update CRM systems accurately and consistently.
