Sustainable Energy Services is a well-known expert in our field! We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Retrofit Coordinator to lead and deliver whole-house retrofit projects in full alignment with PAS 2035:2023. This role sits at the centre of our retrofit delivery model, ensuring compliance, high-quality design and installation outcomes, excellent customer experiences, and the successful delivery of funded schemes. You will work closely with internal teams, Retrofit Assessors, installers, designers, suppliers, and project stakeholders to coordinate assessments, provide energy modelling expertise, manage TrustMark lodgements, and oversee the technical elements of the retrofit journey. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality, compliant retrofit solutions that support the transition to energy-efficient homes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver whole-house retrofit coordination and evaluation to PAS 2035:2023 for both internal and external projects
- Support and oversee the Retrofit Assessment process, working closely with in-house Retrofit Assessors
- Complete accurate and compliant Full SAP energy modelling, IOEs, MTPs, and provide guidance aligned to scheme funding criteria (e.g., WH:SHF W3 / WH:LG / ORP / BUS)
- Carry out on-site visits as required for PAS 2035 coordination
- Liaise with clients, designers, installers, and suppliers to ensure full compliance and project alignment
- Manage the TrustMark lodgement process to meet programme deadlines
- Ensure the PAS 2035 customer journey is delivered to the highest standards for residents and clients
- Work collaboratively with project management, delivery teams, and PAS/MCS-accredited installers
- Ensure PAS 2030:2023 / MCS / PAS 2035 evidence meets TrustMark requirements
- Provide technical support across group businesses and consultancy services
- Work with internal Quality & Compliance teams to maintain and improve QA processes
- Support Bid Team with technical input for tenders
- Provide technical updates and briefings to wider teams
About You - What You'll Need
- Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management
- Strong understanding of domestic construction, building services and building physics
- Knowledge of moisture risk, ventilation, and fabric performance
- Experience producing IOEs and Medium-Term Plans
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Good numeracy and analytical ability
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Retrofit Coordination
- Full UK driving licence
It would be great if you had
- Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency for Older and Traditional Buildings
- BTEC/HNC/HND or similar in construction or building-related disciplines
