To grow, develop, and retain a profitable portfolio of mid‑market customers through proactive, telephony‑based account management. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities through cross‑selling and upselling.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined portfolio of mid‑market customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in the Salesforce system to support forecasting and pipeline visibility.
  • Build strong, trust‑based relationships through regular telephony‑based engagement.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Prioritise customer engagement based on data insights and business value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Operations, Sales Support) to ensure service excellence and data accuracy.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts on a daily and weekly basis.

  • Achievement of monthly revenue targets as defined by the business.
  • Contribution to a 5 million pound annual revenue target through effective pipeline management.
  • High levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Accurate Salesforce data to support business planning and reporting.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: To be discussed at interview.
  • Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays + your birthday off, increasing to 30 days in length of service.
  • Hybrid working: at least 2 days per week working from our Fulwood, Preston office.
  • Flexible working: including the ability to bank up to 5 extra days off per year.
