In this role you\’ll be responsible for ensuring Customers Gas, Electricity and Water rates are validated promptly and added to the system to allow other areas of the business to use them and ensure we are hitting SLAs and providing the best overall service for our customers. During times where rates are still being produced by supplier, you will provide support to the Procurement analyst team in helping with registration, objections and various other tasks.
Key responsibilities and requirements include:
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong ability to communicate with others, written and verbal.
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with energy markets, pricing structures, and procurement processes is advantageous
- Presentation of good analytical skills including strong Excel knowledge. Demonstrate a good understanding of Sustainable Energy First’s quality objectives and detailed knowledge of those relating to procurement and processes.
