The role of Transition Coordinator at Sustainable Energy First involves managing site acquisitions and disposals for our customers. This ensures our customers are not paying for sites which aren't their responsibility and for new store acquisitions, preventing any disconnection issues. You will work closely with various departments and customers to maintain high levels of communication and efficiency in processing change of tenancies. Your work will directly impact the overall portfolio quality that facilitates the organisation in achieving business objectives and exceeding client expectations.
Requirements:
- Change of Occupancy Management: Responsible for the effective and timely management of Change of Occupancies, liaising with suppliers/customers and working towards change of tenancy submission deadlines.
- Administrative Tasks: Obtain first/final invoices from suppliers and ensure change of occupancy processes are efficient.
- Collaboration: Work closely with customers, analysts, and strategic account managers to communicate changes and resolve issues.
- Problem Solving: Resolve change of tenancy issues and delays.
- Impact on Efficiency: Your efforts will influence the overall efficiency and effectiveness of change of occupancies, helping the organisation achieve its business objectives and exceed client expectations.
