The Role in a Nutshell As a Payment when faced with complex issues, collaborate and investigate to resolve them. Confident communicator: Adept at communicating via phone or email, choosing the best method based on the issue. Team player: Supports colleagues to consistently deliver the best service. Technology: Embraces technology to support the best experience for customers. Please note We are relocating from the Fylde coast to Fulwood (Preston) by the end of August.
