In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our mission to cultivate and nurture a portfolio of lucrative clientele. Using effective telephony-based Account Management techniques, you will build strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met while driving profitability for our organisation. Requirements:

  • A good track record of working in a sales and account management environment
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experienced user of the CRM system and Salesforce
  • Commercial approach when making decisions
  • Good problem-solving and numerical skills
  • Able to work as a team and individually
  • A good understanding of the UK energy markets (trends in pricing / market movement etc)
  • General knowledge of individual proposition offerings from energy suppliers, therefore demonstrating strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to analyse and review large data sets quickly and effectively, quickly establishing any anomalies and the best proposition for the customer
