The Role in a Nutshell: As a HHD Acquisition & Processing Coordinator at Sustainable Energy First, you will ensure all metering data is accurately collected, stored, and reported. You will oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of half hourly metering data. This role ensures accurate data handling, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to support operational efficiency and strategic decision making.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Data Collectors, Suppliers, and internal teams. Liaise with external partners, such as data providers and regulatory bodies, to ensure seamless data exchange and adherence to standards.
- Process Improvement & Efficiencies: Identify inefficiencies in data collection and processing workflows. Propose and implement enhancements to streamline operations and reduce errors. Investigate and resolve missing, estimated, or erroneous data with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor the impact of process changes and adjust strategies as needed. Streamline and automate manual processes.
- Data Management: Collect, validate, and process half hourly metering data from various sources. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness throughout the processing cycle. Maintain and update databases, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Organised and Attention to Detail: Good organisational skills, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. High level of data accuracy.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate end-to-end delivery of obtaining HHD and uploading accurately the data to the system.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, industry partners, and internal teams. Good stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Industry Knowledge: A good knowledge and understanding of industry regulation and changes to metering data management. Familiarity with smart metering operations, data flows, and market roles. Good Excel skills and experience with data processing.
