The Role in a Nutshell 🐿️

As a Client Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering Sustainable Energy First’s first-class Validation and Client Analysis Service. Drive strategic client engagement, query management and deliver accurate validation service.

Your primary responsibilities include –

  • Invoice Validation – Ensure delivery of a first-class validation service, maintaining a 10 day SLA on actioning alarms
  • Client Management – Building strong relationships with your clients, being the go to person, having monthly calls, query management and providing thorough and meaningful updates
  • Sustainability – Identifying opportunities within your client’s portfolio to drive revenue and add value
  • Quality/Behaviours – Maintain a high-quality score in cases, alarms, communication and reporting. Maintain acceptable behaviours

You will work closely with the wider teams in the business to ensure the highest level of client analysis, demonstrating analytical expertise, stakeholder management and strategic insight.

Invoice Validation

  • Actioning Alarms and raising queries to the Supplier Management Team
  • Oversight of client validation issues
  • Production and delivery of client KPI, Query, Management and Benefit Statement Reports. Adherence to reporting process & Quality Framework

Client Management

  • Proactive management and resolution of client queries, using next review date and giving the client meaningful updates
  • Monthly calls with the client and agenda sent in advance. Obtaining updates from the wider delivery team and providing thorough update to the client
  • Building strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders. Being an advocate for your client and demonstrating in depth understanding of their business objectives needs, drivers and pain points
  • Be the day to day go to person for the client across all delivery teams, calling out risk where agreed KPI’s and SLA’s may be breached

Sustainability

  • Identification of opportunities to drive revenue and value add through analysis of your client’s portfolio
  • Engaging with both internal stakeholders and the client to progress opportunities to convert to revenue for the business

Quality/Behaviours

  • To maintain a monthly rolling quality score of 90% in alarms, communication, cases and reporting
  • To always maintain the acceptable behaviours as documented in the Behaviour framework and use giving back days to give back to the community

💷 Salary: To be discussed at interview
