We’re seeking a new Safeguarding Trustee with expert policy experience to guide our grassroots eco and youth charity through a vital simplification of our services, protecting the young and vulnerable in and around Chipping Norton.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a compassionate, approachable professional with ideally 3+ years of experience in safeguarding, social care, or youth work.

Policy review experience is essential.

Ideally, you live within 15 miles of Chipping Norton, understand rural community dynamics, and share our passion for building a greener local environment.

We are currently a board of 5 and are still looking to grow our Trustee Board.

Sadly, our fantastic Safeguarding Trustee is stepping down after 4 successful years.

You will serve as our primary lead for safety, reviewing policies and advising volunteers across our grassroots youth and eco projects.

It’s an exciting chance to shape our culture of safety from day one, empowering our green initiatives to safely flourish.
