Role details
Quality Administrator – Location: Leicestershire with occasional site visits. Contract: Full time, Permanent. Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Overview of the Role
In your role as a Quality Administrator, you will be responsible for evidence population and lodgement preparation. The role will involve liaising with contractors and site teams to request, collate, and prepare evidence and documentation required for Energy Efficient Measures carried out to PAS2030:2019 and MCS Standards. In your role as Quality Administrator, you will collaborate across the business and wider group, to provide administrative support for retrofit related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collate all necessary paperwork for the installation of energy efficiency measures in compliance with PAS 2035:2019 and MCS requirements.
- Work closely with Retrofit Coordinators to ensure documentation aligns with contract programmes.
- Provide compliance advice to regional delivery teams to support energy efficiency measures.
- Upload documentation to various locations and share points, maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure zero compliance failures by guaranteeing submission accuracy and thoroughness.
- Adhere to all Strategic Partner contractual deadlines.
- Engage with sub-contractors to support effective project development and delivery.
- Request client shared folder access to upload completed lodgement evidence post-project.
- Travel to additional sites as required to provide hands-on assistance.
- Take on ad hoc projects or initiatives to meet changing business needs.
