We are now recruiting a reliable and hardworking Labourer Driver to join our operations team in Skelmersdale! You will play an essential role in supporting day-to-day site activities, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
This role involves general labouring duties combined with driving responsibilities and requires a strong commitment to health and safety.
As our Labourer Driver you will:
- Prepare construction sites by clearing, tidying, and setting up work areas
- Load, unload, move, and transport materials and equipment
- Assist skilled tradespeople by providing tools, handling materials, and supporting tasks as required
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Follow all health and safety procedures and site rules at all times
- Carry out manual handling tasks safely and responsibly
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of sites as directed by management
In order to be successful in this role it's essential that you have:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Full UK driving licence, clean, held for a minimum of 2 years
- Manual Handling training or willingness to complete
- At least 1 year's experience in a general labouring or construction environment
