Hours of Work – 37 Hours per week Monday to Friday

In your role as a Quality Administrator, you will be responsible for evidence population and lodgement preparation. The role will involve liaising with contractors and site teams to request, collate, and prepare evidence and documentation required for Energy Efficient Measures carried out to PAS2030:2019 and MCS Standards.

In your role as Quality Administrator, you will collaborate across the business and wider group, to provide administrative support for retrofit related activities.

  • Collate all necessary paperwork for the installation of energy efficiency measures in compliance with PAS 2035:2019 and MCS requirements.
  • Work closely with Retrofit Coordinators to ensure documentation aligns with contract programmes.
  • Upload documentation to various locations and share points, maintaining accurate records.
  • Engage with sub-contractors to support effective project development and delivery.
  • Request client shared folder access to upload completed lodgement evidence post-project.
  • Travel to additional sites as required to provide hands-on assistance.
  • Take on ad hoc projects or initiatives to meet changing business needs.
