Due to our exciting growth plans, we are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to support the Company's ambitious expansion plans in the Southern Region as we continue to build teams across the UK.
Overview of the Role: In your role as Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the management of all Project Managers, Site Managers, Supervisors, Quality Administrators, and Tenant Liaison Officers under your supervision. Ensuring that all on-site activities are delivered safely to the highest quality, on programme and within budget, from conception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage setting up each project, from allocating the site team, handover from estimating, agreeing budgets, reviewing retrofit information, sub-con procurement.
