DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW The Project Management Department is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that meet organisational goals, client expectations, and regulatory requirements. The team oversees the full project lifecycle – from initial scoping and budgeting to execution, monitoring, and final handover.

JOB OBJECTIVE The Project Manager (OSA) is responsible for managing the programme of maintenance repair activities across a defined geographical area, ensuring operational and commercial targets are achieved throughout the full project lifecycle. The postholder will create strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, ensure project readiness, oversee resource levels, and drive performance to meet delivery expectations. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strong technical understanding of fibre / maintenance, and the ability to proactively manage risks, resources, and partners while ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer service.

  • Reports to: Senior Operations Manager
  • Hours of Work: Monday‑Friday, 08:30‑17:00
  • Rate of Pay: £45,000 - £55,000 p/a
  • Work Location: Knowsley (Soon to be relocating to L24)
  • Travel Requirements: Occasional Site Meetings
  • Holiday Entitlements: 33 days including Bank Holidays
  • Benefits: Standard Benefits Package

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the current OSA project from start to finish. Forecast, prioritise and rectify accordingly. This will then need to be verified before sign‑off by the client.
