Sustain is hiring an Operations and People Manager. You will lead improvements in HR, onboarding and staff development, and strengthen governance systems, enabling senior leaders to focus on influencing, partnerships and fundraising. This is a senior, trusted role reporting to the Chief Executive and working with the SLT/ SMT to foster an effective, values-driven workplace. The role is office-based in London with probationary period on-site; thereafter, at least half of working hours in the office.
