WHO WE NEED
A creative and passionate Producer to create first-class content for our global motorsport clients. Our company is growing, and we’re looking for someone to take the lead on remote live event weekend production.
The role is focused around digital and social output, but we also capture and produce everything from vertical videos to broadcast documentaries, so we are looking for someone who combines a passion for racing with a professional desire to maximise the impact of everything they make.
We have a hybrid working model, with time every week spent in our office in New Mills, Derbyshire.
As we work on live events there will often be times when evening / weekend / overnight work & occasional travel away from home will be required, but we’ll always seek to give you the best opportunities to grow and develop your skills and encourage a healthy work/life balance.
We want a member of staff who’s committed to becoming a core part of what we do as a company.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Real passion for & genuine knowledge of motorsport
- Experience in producing sports/news equivalent short-form & fast-turnaround video
- Ability to work on live event schedules on weekends throughout the year
- Editorial experience in a broadcast, rights-holder, agency or team capacity
- Be a natural in making content impactful & accessible
- Have experience managing production staff or leading teams
- Be comfortable liaising with clients
- Have a talent for scriptwriting
- Top organisation & communication skills
- Passion to learn & develop
- Ability to travel as required
