This role provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruitment/TA professional to join our business and play a key role in a major Global account. We are looking to build on our already strong European team with the addition of a French/Italian speaking recruiter. In this role, you will focus on Engineering recruitment across the DACH region. With the nature of our client, you will have the opportunity to be involved in multiple recruitment projects that will see you have involvement from initial project planning through delivery against hiring plans.
Key duties:
- Building knowledge of our client, their solutions and skillsets needed to best serve their needs.
- Work with account leadership to understand specific project plans and requirements to deliver an accurate efficient recruitment solution.
- Client engagement – be customer facing to support a successful recruitment solution.
- Resourcing – understanding the job brief from the client, you’ll be responsible for talent identification engagement to build suitable talent pools for new existing projects.
- Technical screening – building your knowledge of Maintenance of Automated Machinery is key as you compete technical screening calls with prospective candidates to assess suitability.
- Candidate management throughout the recruitment journey.
- Offer onboarding support on behalf of the customer.
- Reporting – collection of relevant market insights and talent pool summaries.
- Administration through the ATS.
Experience required:
- French/Italian Language Skills: Business-level.
- Previous recruitment experience is desirable; however, we also welcome applications from graduates or individuals looking to develop a career in recruitment.
- Experience in delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions, or the aptitude and enthusiasm to learn the recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficiency in CV screening, interviewing, and selection processes, or a willingness to develop these skills through training and support.
- Creative and resourceful approach to attracting and engaging talent.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse information and report on activity.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar systems would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Engineering recruitment would be beneficial but is not essential.
