I have an urgent need for a technology focused Project Manager who has a strong background in delivering IT projects. You will need to demonstrate specific experience of working on ServiceNow implementations (ITOM, ITAM, SAM).
You will be working with the ServiceNow consultants who will do the design and implementation. You will be managing the project from the integration with networks, platforms, servers, and data.
You will need to demonstrate the delivery of IT projects as well as an end-to-end deployment of ServiceNow with asset discovery tooling, software asset management, and how they interact with licence models, MID server deployment, and the population and integration with the CMDB.
You will also be responsible for the transition into service or operational readiness (support models, runbooks, training) before handing to tech ops, service desk, etc.
Please be aware that this is an IT Project Manager with ServiceNow experience, not a ServiceNow consultant role.
