UK Finance Business Partner, FP&A
Remote (UK) – WFH with 2 days/month in office | Up to £50,000 + benefits
The role
A great opportunity for a UK Finance Business Partner to join a well-established FP&A team, acting as a trusted financial partner to Commercial Managers across the business. You'll turn financial data into clear, actionable insight that supports commercial decision-making — while also helping drive process improvement and smarter use of automation and AI tools.
It's a mostly remote role, with genuine flexibility and real scope to help shape how FP&A works across the UK business.
What you'll do
- Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting, analysis and planning to support commercial decision-making
- Investigate margin and rate queries, validate contract alignment, and resolve day-to-day finance issues
- Partner with a shared services team to keep data and reporting accurate and consistent
- Apply and champion standardised, efficient FP&A processes
- Spot and drive opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
- Support internal controls, compliance, and audit requests
- Build strong relationships across finance and the wider business
What you'll bring
- Part-qualified or qualified accountant
- At least 2 years' experience in an FP&A role
- Hands-on experience with BI tools and a major ERP platform (e.g. Oracle)
- Strong Excel and analytical skills, with an interest in how technology and AI are changing FP&A
- Confident communicator, comfortable translating financial detail for non-finance stakeholders
- A proactive, improvement-minded approach
