Bupa is recruiting for the role of Digital Designer. The role creates digital content across email, web and digital channels to support customer engagement, brand growth and business performance. It also works with colleagues across global markets to deliver a consistent brand experience while adapting content to local needs.

What you’ll do
- Create high-quality digital content across email marketing, website landing pages, digital banners and social media channels.
- Support creative digital campaigns and business-as-usual content that helps drive customer engagement, growth and retention.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and provide creative input and recommendations.
- Use customer insights, data and analytics to inform design decisions and improve digital performance.
- Champion best practice in user experience, user interface design and accessibility.
- Help maintain and protect brand standards so digital content aligns with brand and regulatory requirements.
- Research new technologies, tools and design trends to support continuous improvement.
- Support process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality and the overall customer experience.
What they’re looking for
- You need a degree, qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant design discipline.
- You need substantial experience in a digital design role, either in-house or within an agency environment.
- You need strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
- You need strong experience using Figma.
- You need a good understanding of typography, colour, layout, photography and visual storytelling.
- You need experience creating digital assets for email, web landing pages, HTML5 banners and social media.
- You need the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work to agreed deadlines.
- You need strong attention to detail and excellent written and spoken English.
Additional role information
- It would be beneficial to have working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- It would be beneficial to have experience interpreting detailed creative briefs and brand guidelines.
- The role involves working with colleagues across global markets.
