Do you want to make a real difference to our patients and join the NHS nursing workforce? An exciting opportunity has opened up for Healthcare Assistant in Abinger Ward, Care of the Elderly Unit. It is a 23 bedded ward that caters for patients that aged and needing medical attention.
As a Nursing Assistant, you will have opportunities to work alongside the Multidisciplinary team to develop your skills and promote safety and quality with patients.
Whilst previous care experience would be an advantage, what is more important is that you can demonstrate an empathetic, caring and proactive approach and have experience of working with people.
These positions provide an opportunity for individuals who are interested in moving into a frontline hospital care role, delivering the highest quality of person-centered nursing care for our patients.
Training will be provided and successful candidates will complete the care certificate, and have the opportunity to apply for a level 3 care qualification in the future.
