The Role
Sussex Wildlife Trust is looking for a Farm Administrator to provide high-quality administrative, financial, compliance and operational support for its conservation grazing work.
Based on the Wiston Estate near Findon, the role will support the Grazing Manager and wider Grazing and Reserves teams by maintaining accurate livestock, machinery, contract, finance and agri-environment records, helping ensure the grazing operation is well organised, compliant and effective in delivering action for wildlife.
The Person
We are looking for a highly organised, accurate and self-motivated administrator with experience of office support, record keeping, basic finance processes and working with a range of internal and external contacts.
The ideal candidate will be confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems, able to manage a varied workload independently, and comfortable handling confidential and compliance-related information.
Experience or understanding of farm, rural, conservation, land management or livestock administration would be an advantage, along with a commitment to wildlife, teamwork, inclusion and professional working.
