We are looking for a GP to join our practice with 6 to 8 clinical sessions available, offering opportunities for job sharing and long‑term collaboration.

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Operate clinical sessions (6–8 per week) within the practice.
  • Shape the future of the surgery, contributing to strategic changes and service redesign.
  • Work alongside an ACP Paramedic, Clinical Pharmacist, ANPs, First Contact Practitioner, Nursing & HCA teams.
  • Utilise the recently migrated SystmOne clinical system, supporting efficient community collaboration.
  • Apply a total triage model focused on high‑quality, continuous and inclusive care.
  • Participate in regular quality and safety meetings with other SPC practices to share best practices and foster continuous improvement.
  • Serve as Group Safeguarding Lead, providing expert guidance on safeguarding concerns.
  • Attend regular clinical meetings and dedicated training days to develop your clinical interests.
