We are looking for GPs who have:
- Registration on the GMC GP Register with a licence to practise
- Inclusion on an NHS National Performers List (England, Wales, or Northern Ireland)
- UK‑based eligibility to work (essential)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a full range of GP services including face‑to‑face consultations, telephone triage, and home visits.
- Provide same‑day urgent care and planned care for long‑term conditions.
- Assess and manage patients with undifferentiated and complex presentations.
- Diagnose, treat, and develop personalised care plans in line with clinical guidelines.
- Prescribe safely and effectively in accordance with local and national formularies.
- Review test results, manage repeat prescriptions, and complete referrals and medical reports.
- Promote health, wellbeing, and self‑management, signposting to appropriate services.
- Maintain accurate, contemporaneous patient records using clinical IT systems.
- Participate in duty doctor sessions (as agreed).

We serve a population of just over 7,000 patients. Our multidisciplinary team includes GPs, Practice Nurses, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists, and Healthcare Assistants. Our patient demographic has a higher proportion of patients aged over 65, with lower levels of income deprivation compared to local and national averages. Sussex Primary Care was established in 2019 by GP Partners seeking a new and sustainable model of primary care. We now operate 7 practices, serving over 55,000 patients.
