Sussex Primary Care Limited is seeking a capable Practice Nurse to join our team at multiple GP Practices across Sussex. You will deliver evidence-based nursing care to the practice population, manage long-term conditions, immunisations, wound care, venepuncture, ECGs, and contribute to preventive care initiatives.
You will work within your NMC scope of practice, follow local policies, and collaborate with GP partners and the practice team to support patient care, QoF incentives, and clinical.
