Job Title: Salaried General Practitioner
Working Week: Up to 8 Sessions
Salary: Up to £12,200.50 per session (dependent upon any additional responsibilities)

Rotherfield Surgery is a dual site practice, operating from The Brook Health Centre in Crowborough and Rotherfield - a beautiful, leafy area of East Sussex. We serve a population of just over 7,000 patients. Our multidisciplinary team includes GPs, Practice Nurses, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists, and Healthcare Assistants. Our patient demographic has a higher proportion of patients aged over 65, with lower levels of income deprivation compared to local and national averages. Sussex Primary Care was established in 2019 by GP Partners seeking a new and sustainable model of primary care. We now operate 7 practices, serving over 55,000 patients. We are a learning organisation, actively listening to our staff, patients, and partners to shape our future. Our vision is centred on delivering outstanding, innovative primary care.
