We are looking for an ACP who:

  • Has current registration with a relevant UK professional body (e.g. NMC for nurses, HCPC for paramedics)
  • Has a Master's degree (Level 7) in Advanced Clinical Practice
  • Has recent experience in a Primary Care setting
  • Is a non‑medical prescriber
  • Is UK based (necessity)
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has a passion for healthcare
  • Is motivated and committed to developing the knowledge and skills required for the role and for ongoing professional development

The post holder will be a caring, compassionate and committed experienced non‑medical prescriber, acting within their professional boundaries. They will demonstrate autonomous critical thinking and safe, competent clinical decision‑making, from initial history taking, to clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care. They will communicate and work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and providing leadership as required.
