Our cadet units create safe, supportive spaces where young people can grow, thrive, and contribute meaningfully to their communities. We are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join us as cadet leaders at our Volunteer Police Cadet (VPC) unit in Elmbridge. If you can spare a few hours a month and want to help shape the future of young people in Surrey, this voluntary role could be perfect for you.
As a leader, you’ll be part of something genuinely inspirational—whilst having some fun along the way! This is a flexible voluntary role; most volunteering happens in the evenings or at weekends, and you can commit to as much or as little time as you’re able. Elmbridge Cadets meet every Wednesday, during term time from 6pm till 8pm, at their base in Hersham. If this is not convenient for you, please do look at the adverts for our other Surrey units.
