Surrey Police in Guildford is seeking a dedicated Trainer to join our People Services division. The primary duty is to train newly appointed Police Officers, Learner Detectives, Investigating Officers and PCSO’s to be effective and efficient members of the force.
You will deliver initial and refresher training, supervise learners, manage risk assessments, support learning with universities and stakeholders, and keep abreast of current legislation and best practices.
