Solicitor/Legal Adviser - Residential Property
We have an amazing opportunity for a highly accomplished Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Adviser! You will be based at our modern Crawley hub working with a fantastic team of experienced legal professionals. We are looking for someone with ambition and drive to join our team. You will have proven experience of working on a range of complex matters, providing exceptional service to your clients.

What You Will Be Doing
- handle a wide range of residential property work, including large complex matters
- engage with prospective legal clients, produce matter estimates and pre-instruction documentation
- produce written advice to clients and the required legal documents to progress and conclude their matter
- exercise high standards of client care in a professional and pleasant manner at all times
- working with marketing strategies to attract new clients and developing relationships with current clients
- assisting and supervising more junior fee earner/paralegals, delegating appropriate work to paralegals
What You Will Need
- highly accomplished Legal Adviser with relevant experience working in Residential Property.
- experience in a wide range of complex Residential Property work
- ability to manage your workload, knowing when to delegate and when to request additional input, to provide the best client service
- an understanding of clients as our business partners & the importance of knowing what is key for them
- proven business development experience, with the ability to build strong professional relationships
