Sussex Law Society is seeking two solicitors to join our Commercial Property and Development Team. One will focus on commercial property, and the other on development with exposure to promotion agreements, options and s106.
You will manage a mixed caseload, drafting and negotiating leases, SPAs and development contracts while advising on planning, construction and financing in property development. Hybrid working is available.
