The Role

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload and act for a wide range of clients, from SMEs to developers. You will be trusted to take ownership of matters, build strong relationships, and play a key role in the team’s success.

Key Responsibilities

· Managing a broad caseload of commercial property work, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, property finance, and development projects.

· Delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice to clients.

· Supporting business development through networking and building your client portfolio.

· Sharing your knowledge and experience to support and mentor colleagues where appropriate.

About You

· A qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in commercial property.

· Strong technical expertise across all aspects of commercial property law.

· A proven ability to manage a busy caseload and develop lasting client

relationships.

· Commercially minded, proactive, and motivated to contribute to the team’s growth.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
