Family Law Partners – an employee‑owned firm – are looking for an exceptional Associate Family Lawyer with 2–5 years + PQE or a Senior Associate with 6–8 years + PQE to join our multiple‑award‑winning team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a practice named in Times Best Law Firms 2026, with a strong presence in the South East and recognised as leaders by Resolution, Chambers and Legal 500.

Family Law Partners provide legal advice and represent clients in matters related to private family law. This is a full‑time position based in our Horsham office. You will be responsible for your own caseload and have an NCDR qualification (or enthusiasm to train within the first 12 months). You will have an excellent understanding of client care and a proven track record for showing commitment to personal growth and business development through social media, training, blogs and articles.
