PURPOSE OF JOB
As a Supervisor of a Cocktail Lounge, your primary role is to oversee the day‑to‑day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the establishment. You will be responsible for managing the staff, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of the staff, including bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff. This involves training new employees, assisting in scheduling shifts, and assigning tasks.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and ensure a positive experience for everyone.
