Sussex Inns is seeking a Roaming Chef to work across Sussex and Hampshire venues, reporting to the Head Chef. You will provide operational kitchen support, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety and presentation while covering holidays, sickness and peak trading periods.
You will travel between sites, adapt to different kitchens, mentor junior staff and assist with stock control and cost control. A full UK driving licence and reliable transport are essential for this role.
